Grand Duke Jean's sister Princess Alix, who was married to the late Antoine, 13th Prince of Ligne became a great grandmother again. Her granddaughter Princess Mélanie, daughter of Prince Wauthier and his wife Princess Régine, and her husband Paul Weingarten welcomed their first child on 27 May.
The little boy named Félix - possibly for his great great grandfather Prince Felix, husband of Grand Duchess Charlotte - is the sixth great-grandchild for Princess Alix, all of them grandchildren of Prince Wauthier. Princess Mélanie and Paul Weingarten married on 11 September 2011.
